At Ambesh Yog Dham, our teaching faculty consists of highly experienced, dedicated, and knowledgeable yoga masters. In rare situations, teacher schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please rest assured that any replacement will always be equally qualified and well-trained, ensuring the quality and integrity of your learning experience remains uncompromised.

IMPORTENT RULES FOR YOGA STUDENTS

  • All scheduled classes, practices, and activities are compulsory. Full participation is essential for learning and certification.
  • Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before class time. Late entry is allowed only with the teacher’s permission.
  • Silence and discipline should be maintained during meditation and pranayama sessions. Questions may be asked after the teacher completes the instructions.
  • Participants must be physically and mentally fit to join the course. It is advised to consult a doctor before enrolling.
  • Any injuries, medical conditions, or ongoing medications must be disclosed to the teachers prior to the start of the course.
  • While we prioritize student safety and well-being, Ambesh Yog Dham cannot be held responsible for injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions.
  • Accommodation arrangements are decided by the school. Room changes are not permitted after allocation.
  • Course certificates are awarded only to students who attend all classes, maintain punctuality, follow discipline, complete assignments, and pass assessments.
  • The use of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or smoking is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in dismissal without refund.
  • Any concerns or conflicts should be communicated to the management respectfully. Misconduct or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Ambesh Yog Dham reserves the right to make necessary changes to teachers or schedules while maintaining educational standards.

REFUND POLICY

  • To confirm enrollment, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the course is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining course fee must be paid upon arrival at the School. Payments are accepted in selected currencies only.
  • Online payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer at least 7 days before course commencement. All transaction charges must be borne by the student.
  • Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or person.
  • In case of genuine emergencies, the paid amount may be adjusted for a future course, provided written notice is given at least 30 days prior to the course start date.
  • Occasionally, logistical changes such as classroom or accommodation location may occur. Students will be informed in advance.
  • If Ambesh Yog Dham cancels a program due to unavoidable reasons, students may opt for a full refund or transfer their payment to another course.
