- To confirm enrollment in any yoga course, retreat, or training program at Ambesh Yoga Dham, students are required to pay an advance registration fee. This advance payment secures your seat, accommodation, and training resources.
- All payments can be made through approved online payment methods or bank transfer as provided by Ambesh Yoga Dham. The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid upon arrival or before the course commencement, as informed during registration.
- All fees mentioned are inclusive of yoga classes, study materials, accommodation, and yogic meals unless stated otherwise. Travel expenses, visa fees, and personal expenses are not included in the course fee.
- Ambesh Yoga Dham reserves the right to update course fees, payment methods, or schedules at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly to registered students in advance.
Refund Policy
- The advance registration fee paid to Ambesh Yoga Dham is non-refundable, as it is used to reserve accommodation, faculty, and course arrangements specifically for the student.
- If a student cancels the course after registration, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including personal reasons, travel issues, visa delays, illness, or schedule changes.
- In case a student discontinues the course after arrival or during the training period, the course fee will not be refunded partially or fully.
- If Ambesh Yoga Dham cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students may choose to transfer their registration to a future course date. In such cases, refunds will be considered only at the discretion of the management.
- Students are advised to carefully review the payment and refund policy before making any payments, as completing the registration implies full acceptance of these terms.
